We are an independent organisation in action for Justice and Fairness - in the UK and worldwide.
Forefront in our thoughts and deeds are:- 1/. civil liberties, Human Rights, Freedom of Speech and action. 2/. correction of arbitrary oppressive power. 3/. countering suppression of Free Speech, enshrining the indivisible
Truth for protection against corrupt manipulation. 4/. forming a balancing force to challenge and correct biased and
harmful decisions of power. 5/. bringing real democracy and accountability to powers that are unlawfully Abused. 6/.
being a beacon organisation for collective power to influence, inform and direct change. 7/. a vehicle for public inquiries,
investigations, evidence and personal suffering.
In total an organisation that cares about each individual, without
any prejudice, but who suffers through Abuse, Injustice and unaccountable power - that needs exposure, correction and restitution.
Thus this organisation is vital as not only a focal forum to record Violations/ suppression/ oppression but an active
driving force for reform and Justice based on simple equal Law and not, say, the personally contrived, opiniated and certainly
biased views/ thence decisions of a single judge in his/ her own cause. Indeed this intrusion into our lives so often
occurs when the issue should never be presented, let alone determined, to a court of law - because the matter does not need
the power of biased decision or interference.
The result invariably only enlarges the opiniated importance and
power of judges that are completely autonomous and unaccountable.
Regularly decisions are emanating from our courts,
and indeed pressure from Parliament, that undermine the values and beliefs that have served the UK well , which have been
forming the backbone of the heritage and soul of our Nation.
Please join us with your support and funding
- if possible.
This is a non-profit organisation sponsored by a Charitable Trust - St. Andrews Trusts - please donate to us generously
or as much as you can afford.
